1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to udintogel. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the platform, website, mobile application, and all services provided by udintogel ("Platform"). By accessing or using this Platform in any form — whether via web browser, Android app, iOS app, or any other channel we provide — you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately. udintogel reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version of the Terms in effect.

2User Eligibility

To use udintogel services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. udintogel has a zero-tolerance policy toward underage users and reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals under the care of a guardian or trustee are not eligible to use the Platform.
• One Account: Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — even using different names, emails, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Device & IP: Accounts registered using the same IP address or the same device will be considered linked and may be subject to further investigation if suspicious usage patterns are detected.

3Registration & Account Management

The udintogel account registration process is free and can be completed in under 3 minutes. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, phone number, email address, and preferred payment details.

Once your account is registered, you are fully responsible for:

• Keep your account password secure at all times and never share it with any other party
• Update your personal information whenever any changes occur
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization
• Completing the identity verification (KYC) process when requested by our team

Udintogel reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification purposes at any time. This includes copies of your identification card, bank statements, or other documents deemed necessary. Failure to comply with KYC requests within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily frozen.

4Deposits & Payments

Udintogel supports a range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including online banking (FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed instantly and udintogel charges no additional fees on standard deposit transactions.

All deposits must be made from legitimate financial sources in the registered user's name. udintogel does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from an unknown or suspicious source may be blocked and returned without prior notice.

5Fund Withdrawal

Udintogel's automated withdrawal system operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including on public holidays. Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. We do not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 30 per withdrawal transaction
• Identity verification: Your first withdrawal or withdrawals exceeding a certain amount may require additional KYC verification
• Bonus conditions: Any active bonus that has not met the rollover requirement must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed
• Consistent method: Withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit for security purposes

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

General terms applicable to all udintogel bonuses and promotions:

• Rollover requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements of between 5x and 30x depending on the bonus type. Specific rollover requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity period: Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within the specified period will expire automatically.
• One promotion: Only one active promotion is allowed at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Abuse prohibition: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the bonus system — including placing opposing bets (arbitrage), using multiple accounts, or employing unreasonable bonus withdrawal strategies — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure.
• Discretion: udintogel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7Game Rules

All games offered on the udintogel platform use a random number generator (RNG) that is independently certified by qualified third parties. This ensures that every slot spin, every card round, and every game outcome is truly random and fair.

General game rules that must be followed:

• Game results generated by the system are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical error
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved based on our system records. Bets that cannot be settled due to a technical disruption will be returned to the user's account balance
• The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tools that assist automated decision-making in gameplay is strictly prohibited
• Winnings earned while using a bonus are subject to that bonus's rollover requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

10Account Suspension & Closure

Udintogel reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified period
• Multiple account registration
• Instructions from regulatory or legal authorities

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus conditions that have not been met will be voided and any valid fund balance (after deducting any related bonuses) will be returned to the user via the original payment method within 7 business days.

11Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, udintogel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavorable game outcomes
• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from negligence in safeguarding your password
• Damage to your device resulting from use of the Platform

Udintogel's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the date the relevant liability claim arises.

12Terms Amendments & Governing Law

Udintogel reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the change is immediately required for security or legal compliance reasons.

Continued use of the Platform after any amendments to the Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the effective date of those amendments.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.
